3. Use of Services

  • Use of our services must comply with Meta (Facebook/WhatsApp) policies and applicable laws.
4. WhatsApp Business API Onboarding
  • We facilitate onboarding to the WhatsApp Business API as an official Tech Provider.
  • You authorize us to share your onboarding data (such as Business Manager ID, WABA ID, and Phone Number ID) with Meta for integration purposes.
  • We do not use your onboarding data for marketing or unrelated services.
5. Payments
  • Some services may require payments or subscription fees.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with our websites and services remain the property of D Best or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
  • We strive to provide secure and reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • D Best is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
  • Your use of third-party services (e.g., Meta platforms, payment processors) is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms & Conditions, applicable laws, or Meta policies.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
